KontACT Concentrate - Iodine

  • KontACT® contains Advanced Conditioning Technology® (ACT) to promote supple, conditioned teat skin.

    ACT products are at a skin friendly pH so they don’t burn teat skin and instead, encourage healing.

    • Gentle ingredients to be kinder to teat skin and will not damage your cow’s teats.

    • Skin friendly pH. Close to skin pH, so won’t burn skin and create further teat condition problems.

    • Superior skin penetration to reach all the cracks and crevices in skin. Better coverage with superior bacteria killing and conditioning properties.

    • Emollient included - Means a cost-effective product without sacrificing optimal teat conditioning.

    • Perfectly balanced formulation. Superior bacteria kill and teat conditioning to ensure the perfect mix at every application.

    Can be used for up to 4 weeks after mixing.

KontACT - Ready To Use (RTU) Iodine

  • KontACT® RTU Advanced contains ACT™ technology and promotes even skin coverage to penetrate all the skin’s natural cracks and crevices. This ensures better bacterial kill and therefore reduced mastitis.

    The ready-to-use formulation prevents mixing down-time and removes the risk of over/undermixing and any potential negative impacts from farm water supply issues.

    50 g/L emollient (as a Glycerine-Iodine complex)

Spray & Dip - Ready To Use (RTU)

  • DeLaval Spray & Dip RTU is registered for use for pre- and post-milking to minimise bacterial contamination of the teat from both environmental and contagious pathogens.

    It is a pre-mixed, ready to use formulation. Contains ACT and I-Tech® technologies to be gentle to teat skin whilst having a high, stable level of free iodine to kill bacteria and sanitise teats quickly.

    • A patented technology that allows high levels of bacterial killing free iodine to be in the formulation to kill mastitis causing bacteria.

    • Free iodine is high and stable through the shelf life of the product.

    • Up to 14 times the amount of free iodine compared with non I-Tech products. Real value for money.

    • Fast bacteria kill due to high numbers of free iodine.

    • An ideal technology where iodine residues are of concern.

    • Often combined with ACT™ to give a very mild solution that does not promote teat damage.

    • Low levels of available iodine create a product that is very stable and less susceptible to organic material interference.

  • The only product registered for pre-milking and post milking use.
